Found these tags, 5 of the 6 read Bancroft park and that is the park I found them in. The other reads east side field.

Kinda reminds me of old tags that were on the swimin pool locker keys when I was a kid.strange no keys though?

They maybe reservation tags for a certain area of the park for families
or groups that wanted to use an area in the park . Just a guess.

Was there ever a pool there? I know the public pool I went to as a kid was taken out several years ago due to liability and the cost of operation. Now you can't see where it ever was.
