Any idea how old this "dancing" black man" is? Found in the Iowa river several years ago.

The body was badly shriveled (wooden) so I rough carved a similar shape, and installed the arms and legs to it.
The limbs are solid cast, not like the cheap copies today.
I estimate it may have lain in the river for 50-75 years.
I found it in a spot where people used to dump along the river edge many years ago.
Other finds were a case of small Honey and Tar elixer bottles, some with a brown liquid still in them, and a large token, good for a dollar off on a matress.
Anyone have any idea of the age of the little man? It looks like he had a black tuxedo painted on him. with a white shirt, or coat. Also the hands are holed, as if holding a cane like a dancer did way back then.
