Any Hunters want to help identify a Bullet?

Can someone help me out here? I found this hollow point in my back yard. I have a side view and a front view. The inside had an aluminum part that is opened like a flower. I have never seen one with this in the center. Any help would be appreciated. Part of the fun of finding stuff is trying to identify it. Thanks.

It is probably a Federal Hydra Shock or similar bullet
made for self defense. It expands and all the energy is
put into what it hits for maximum dropping power, and
so it doesn't go through the wall and kill your neighbors.
Some of them are filled with tiny shot pellets inside the
bullet, I forget the name of those, but that is another
high probability.

That bullet has to have been there for 30 years or so if that helps anyone.

From the looks of the base it is probably a .38 / .357. If you have access to a caliper see what the base measures. Could also be a rifle round, they made them in Silvertip too. The most common would be a .308. Again get a measurement of the base and it will tell you.

Just got back from Texas (ugh HUMID!). Thanks for all the help guys.
