Any good reviews on the minelab GoFind detectors?

[size=medium]golly. I been out of the loop so long. The bug is back and the wife has been hinting at wanting to tag along with a detector of her own to use. There's a lot of new stuff out there now.
Those minelabs GoFinds seem like a good little detector for her. (What? No sub-fourm for them?)
Anyone have one yet that they would love to brag about? [/size]

NO (for several reasons)!-----Best advice I can give you---save your money--buy the little lady another detector.-----This is coming from a Minelab guy---I love 'em--just not the Go Finds.------------Del

I've seen one and was unimpressed. Minelab dropped the ball on that one. Chinsy feel and quality. I wouldn't be surprised in the future to see Kellyco giving them away when you buy an Ace 250.

Come on....you put couple plastic slides together....and that extra one that pulls out the back...and you could even do the app on your phone.....Seems just like a
E-trac to me?

They are just toys and nothing else,the dealers over here in the UK are struggling getting rid of them,the biggest 'White Elephant' that Minelab have ever produced.
