Any estimated time on when the Water proof headphones will be available????

Been trying to keep up on the posts but some are not very informative. Seems the water proof headphones are needed to get the most from the ctx.

My dealer called Minelab and they said it shouldn't be to long before they ship out.but?????? thats what they said..Hope its true I've got a set ordered.

You would have thought Minelab would have had some headphones and coils ready when the 3030 was released. Not everyone is buying them, but have some ready for the people who want them. And this whole distribution debacle of some dealers have gotten their units and others didn't! That's just Minelab dropping the ball. Minelab may make a great machine, but their distribution department is woefully managed!

It seems to me that there must have been some design or production delay somewhere in development that caused them to get off their time table for a Northern Hemisphere springtime realease. Then they had to rush it out before they had all the accessories ready so as to not miss the season. Just my 2 cents.

When I called minelab and asked about the waterpoof headphones and coils,

They told me they were backordered, I asked for an ETA and they said

"We have no ETA at this time, Please call back and check with us every couple weeks until someone can give you an ETA"
