I had a WOT on a sovereign and I now have a 10 by 12 SEF on an explorer. The WOT may be a little deeper but not by much. Of coarse if your wanting to build up your arms and strengthen your back I would definitely choose the WOT. The WOT seems clumsy and will pivot on the rod if it hits a twig. On the beach it might be great. JMHO
