Any body from Washington State

greetins from the mouth ot the Cowlitz

Back around 80, I was fishing with some friends on a river. I think it was the Green river which someone told me once that it actually had a different name earlier in history. If I recall correctly, one of the fellas I was with said the area we were in was called the Black Diamond Mine. I do recall some nice Steelhead we caught. I also recall me loosing a good bit of fishing gear as I usually do dragging my tackle right on the bottom. And that day I lost a good extra bit because I forgot to secure a couple pockets on my fishing vest. One of the items was an aluminum fly box with about 600 custom tied steelhead flies:veryangry:
Awh - if it's sitting on the bottom now, the hooks are probably rusted. But the aluminum box would have hit a detector hard.
