Any Blisstool users?

Just purchased one from Kellyco. I would like to hear from anyone who uses one. Maybe a Blisstool forum? Thanks, Robert

Thanks Chuck, too bad there isn't a forum for the Blisstool. Looks like a detector to be reckoned with. I signed up on the Blisstool America forum a while back. Robert

There are die-hard Blisstool fans out there on this forum, I don't know why the Blisstool forum was removed. The Blisstool is the deepest detector I know of. In fact, it is so ridiculously deep, I would be afraid to use it. That is because the Blisstool does not give you any information about a target other than ferrous or non ferrous. Basically you dig everything, and dig very deep.

That's why I decided to buy one after seeing how deep it can go. I started off with a beep and dig detector and sorta migrated towards a screen type. I believe there are plenty of DEEP targets left in our WELL HUNTED spots. I don't mind digging deep...

There are going to be a lot of times, where extra depth afforded you by a particular machine, isn't worth it. I'm sure there's junky blighted urban parks where ..... yes ....... some coins are deeper than good TID machines can go (or accurately ID targets). However, in the end, you may just end up going back to your better TID machine (explorer, etc...), when you start seeing the degree of handi-cap you have.

Like if a machine has a weakness for ddeeeppp bent nails, or mid-ID's shallow beaver tails as deep coins, etc...., then despite the extra depth, you will get out-hunted, in the # of old coins, by the person using a less deep, yet better ID machine.

I have actually heard of some guys reasoning that they could use a nugget machine for coins/relics, since, afterall, it's no secret they can effortlessly get a coin to depths at over 1-1/2 ft. ! And, like you, they'd say "I don't mind digging some junk" and "I don't mind digging deep". They quickly abandoned their notions when in actual field conditions. Yes I realize the blisstool has an ability to someone reject iron (so the analogy isn't perfect), but just saying: Sometimes depth comes with a cost.

I don't mind digging junk, it's all part of the hobby. 99% of my hunting is in wooded civil war or old homesite areas. Not into parks and coinshooting. Most of my coin finds have come from these sites and not deep at all. I am looking for the deeper relics and this is where the Blisstool will come in. I have dug as much as 4' down 3' wide recovering a ground burst parrot shell. It took that much to recover the fragments , lead balls and the fuse. So, I don't mind paying the "cost" for depth, sometimes it can be worth it!

If Looking for Super Deep Relic Machine that will go crazy deep in any soil and knock out nails and 95% big iron if wish to, the Blisstool is your machine. Personal if you are hunting coins, relics like most sites have been hunted for years and what left is super deep . I personal switch from my long "Loved Nautilus DMC2B" and I know hunt with new V-5 since last year. Chuck

Yes but I bet the Blisstool doesn't have that soft sweet disc. only tone on super deep coins like the Nauty does!
