Another trip down Silver Road pays off.

Finally got to get on one the oldest homeplaces on Silver Road and it was a winner. I found a record for me. 3 V nickels. A 1901, 1903, and a 1907. You can almost read the "liberty" on the '07. I also found a nodate buffalo, and 3 wheats.
Silver Road lived up to its name by producing a 1942 and a 1924 mercury.
A whatsit showed up as did a lower half of a WWI soldier who looks like he is holding an artillery round.

Thanks man. Those liberty headed coins are some of my favs... I'm trying to find a pic of the complete soldier. The reason I'm sure its WWI is the lacing on his boot. Thanks again.
 
3 V nickels in one trip? Thats cool! i dont think Ive ever found more than one in a day.
