This piece is pretty rough. It's thick and heavy and it appears to be homemade from a lead fishing sinker or some such thing. Note the residue inside the circle. It is some kind of glue and the circle is EXACTLY the size of a dime. I immediately pictured it with a Merc glued in there so I went back and searched the whole area again, but no such luck. This also cae from in front of the school, between the sidewalk and the street and was pretty deep - probably cause its so heavy. If there are any farmers out there, take a look at the loop at the top. Looks kinda like a hog ring to me.
