Well I have an update after I was told the info on my 1953 dime it is a S-mint the rarest of the 53's but not worth alot about.50cents since then the snow melted and I found a 1954 Quarter and a 1918 wheat penny.So I am up to two pieces of silver not bad for a rookie.To all those that have been e-mailing me and helping me out with different info thanks.
 
can someone tell me if it is alright to run the nickel metal hydride battiers in the extra battery holder I know it says alkaline 1.5 volts,was wondering if this is done to keep us from buy the nickle batteries cheaper.anyone tried it.
 
I have a new set of energizer they are 1.2v -1850 mAh are these the same as yours....
 
They are up to 2000 ma now. Ray O Vac is said to soon have AA 2000 ma 15 minute charge on the market.
