I got into our county fairgrounds ampitheater today and it paid off!! It's usually locked up but I caught one of the workers inside and he let me have at it. I ended up with a nice butterfly sterling ring and a little 14K ring with what I hope is a real rock. It's the best looking one I've ever dug so my hopes are high. I'll have it tested tomorrow and add to the post what I find out. I can't believe I've found Gold 2 weeks in a row!

Look at this fake honker!!
My friends call it a chunp lump-that hurt a bit but I love the ring as it is the first ring I have dug with
some sort of stone(corundum).
