Another short evening hunt at the bullet patch

I went back to the bullet patch yesterday evening armed with the 900 a friend loaned me.
I was there for about 2 1/2 hours and found 4 more bullets which really surprised me after spending last Sundar here for about 5 hours without any success.
I also found three percussion caps which impressed me since they are so small.
I have been using my 800 here, and have done well, but the 900 really impressed me yesterday.
Thanks for looking!

How deep were the caps? I have dug a few BB size shot at 5-6” but those caps are way cooler. Good outing I would say!!

Nice batch of lead and caps. These multi frequency detectors amaze me at the small targets they can see and at good depth. There might even be a gold coin in that ole bullet patch. HH jim tn

That would be nice.. so far I have not found one period coin here.
And only three cuff buttons, but quite a few bullets… 33 so far.

It took me a year of hunting and a bag full of silver to impress you with the 800. Are you sure you are impressed with the 900?
:poke: 🫢🤣🤣🤣
