It was back to the demo site today. I let the Etrac rest and put my little coil on the Golden; she never lets me down. Was able to sneak between the nails and pull out some more finds. Got 2 strange .22 rimfire rounds today. They taper significantly, down to .20 or less and are longer than the standard long rifle. Based on the patina they are old and I'm guessing that they are an early .22 rimfire shot shell. Also got a .32 smith and wesson that is possibly a shot shell with paper seal still in it. What was left of the old money clip was interesting. The pewter item must of been a child's toy of some kind, can't make out what it was. My favorite find for the day is the 1938 Gainesville dog license, my oldest dated license. One wheat (1914) thrown into the mix.
