Headed straight to the hot spot I hit yesterday and got a couple more silver. I can't believe the weather for this time of year. Hope the gorgeous weather continues

Hi John, John also here. I am curious about the 1350, 1500, and 2500, I was told that all 3 instruments are built around the same platform? Is the only difference between the 3 machines in the amount of features each has? Thank you John and God Bless.

The biggest difference is that the 2500 has a true all metal mode, surface blanking and treasure Talk. The others don't. The GTP 1350 & GTI 1500 both can size an object, but use different technology to do so. The GTP 1350 must have it's coil moving to size an object (A B or C). The GTI 1500 has to have the coil practically still & centered on the target to get it's size. (A B C D or E).

They are both great machines and can find lots of coins and leaving lots of junk in the ground. Try this link below to get a complete comparison on different Garrett machines:

The 1250/1350/1500 are identical except for the imaging and profiling features. The 2500 is a different animal altogether with more features, all metal, and more depth.

Hi Bill, actually that is mainly what I was getting at. So you feel without a doubt that the 2500 will out do the 1350 in depth? I'm a Garrett dealer by the way.

You sure have a knack for silver, nice finds John. Get while the gettin's good.

In all metal it will by a long shot. In any other mode the difference isn't all that great. The coil size and configuration is the ultimate depth definer. How's business bud? Are the 250's flying out the door? :)
