I hope I can ask this so it is understandable.
I know how to make my own discrimination patterns but I'm unsure about what I'm actually saving when I do so.
I construct a custom discrimination pattern and save it to "My Pattern 1"
I construct another discrimination pattern and save it to "My Mode 1"
I'm confused as to what I'm actually saving.
When I decide to retrieve a saved pattern, say "My Pattern 1" and load it into the Smart Screen do the current User Mode settings stay unchanged?
Likewise, when I retrieve a saved user mode, say "My Mode 1" and load it into the Smart Screen do the User Mode settings like # of tones etc. change to whatever were saved into the "My Mode 1 along with the pattern."
I guess I'm confused about the difference between saved patterns and saved modes since a saved mode also has a pattern with it.
Did I confuse anyone other than myself![Wacko  ](https://www.findmall.com/styles/smileys/wacko.gif)
