I know I'm preaching to the choir here, but I just wanted to related my outstanding warranty experience with Garrett. I had noticed my ProPointer had been acting erratic. I called Garrett to find out what the procedure was for having it looked at under warranty. I was greeted by a very polite lady who instructed me to send it in and they would take care of it. Yesterday within two weeks of sending my ProPointer in I received a package in the mail from Garrett. I opened the package with anticipation of trying out my repaired ProPointer only to find they had sent me a "brand new" unit. Well all I can say is they have life customer in me. Great pinpointer backed by a great company. Just doesn't get any better! Thanks Garrett. Mike in Ohio.
