How the hunting there its probably same as here got some snow but missed the real big stuff still cold here getting cabin fever.:detecting: For fun i drive by my brother in laws and fling clad coins on his property  wait till summer after snow melts.Say hi to Nancy and General

I think that's the pile i took to the pizza shop to buy a couple slices of pie.I usually walk in with my pants pulled up just to the top of my work boots put my hands in my pocket and pull coins on counter they are pretty dirty .Put my thumbs behind my suspenders and pull them out from my chest and tell him i liked to buy a couple slices of pie.I tell him pick through that there money till you have what you need he probably thinks iam rock o fellow or Ronald trumpet sum rich guy.He picks through them coins like a crow in a garbage bag.At the beginning he seems angry but after a while he sees iam a good customer and he seems pretty happy having a guy like me in his store. But now i will have to keep my eye on him. But he knows across the street is the ice scream store and he just might treat a good customer like me a little better thanks for keeping a eye out now i will have to look a little better.maybe tomorrow i can clean some of them up with the wire wheel i have in the garage so the good ones wont slip through my fingers. Thanks again your forum friend in Ohio

The winter storm missed us completely Fred and it is really pretty nice here in Central IL. A bit too cold to go swimming or sunbathing as you can see, nobody there, but I did get a chance to hunt the local beach for a couple of hours yesterday. I found a few pennies and a couple of dimes and some junk rings. The best I could tell, they were foreign made rings and had the price stamped right inside the rings. A lady on the beach said the initials inside stood for carrots. Several of the rings were worth 14 carrots and a couple that were not so pretty sold for 18 carrots. I knew right then they were junk, because I can go buy a bag of carrots for a $1.29 at Kroger, so I gave the rings to the kids playing on the beach.
