Took my son out to bean field where I found the 1828 penny. He found a 1863 Indian head. We both got a little cold, so didn't stay too long. Will post when cleaned up. Have a happy thanksgiving.:goodnight:

Congrats on the honey-hole Walt. It's nice to have virgin hunting grounds that consistently produce. If you ever need help "covering ground", let me know. (looking forward to the pic), TC & HH, JJ

We went back to bean field Friday. Best find was by my son, 1865 THREE CENT NICKLE. I'd never seen one before around here. He's sure got the big :lmfao:head now.

Would love to find a trine....Never even seen one up close...Nice hunt!!!
