Heres a pano taken from my moms backyard.
Her house sits at an elevation of 4200 feet... the top of the peaks are at an elevation of 9800 feet.

I imagine the original photos are quite big... Very nicely done too... Guvner..
 
Ya they are huge .. in Tiff format they are over 40mb...
Im sure you could print it out on banner paper but the quality wouldn't be that good.
The best bet would be to take it to the print shop and have them do it but it would cost about 50 bucks ( can't remember the exact price they quoted me) to get it done.
