1825 large cent, It's pretty beat up but still nice to find. The ID # was 85 and it was down 5" real clean signal surrounded by junk.

Man how do you guys do it?? I dont think such a coin ever made it to South Carolina....
 
A fateful year - Ironically, the year they figured out how to produce aluminum artificially from other elements, to be used for wonderful future inventions like the pulltab and screwcap.

A great find which could have been held or owned by one of our country's founders!
