Me and Rosco's other brother that lives in Florida had a good day today. He found a 1893, 1903 and 1906 Indian head penny and 1918, '19, '38 and '52 wheat's. He also found a 1945 Mercury dime and a 1948 quarter. He had been using an old White's detector for a number of years but after staying here in CA with me for a few months earlier this year and seeing how me and Rosco were cleaning up he bought.......imagine this......yep, a Garrett Ace 250. He found a lot where there had been a turn of the century house. He was just "shotgunning" today. I think when he starts a grid search he might load up. Unlike Rosco, I didn't teach him everything he knows.
Here is a picture of the 3 of us brothers digging a target in my Mom's back yard. The masks are to protect the inocent (and so we don't scare the children)
