I hit one of my favorite drop-offs today and was not disappointed. Finds there , 1 14K mans band with 3 small diamonds, 2 silver rings, 1 GF ring, and 2 brass rings. A 1936 walking half 2 mercs and 2 war nickels. A nice Swiss army knife, A Zippo lighter with a very old Ford emblem on it and of course another Chevrolet token. Two brass religious medals also. A very nice cork bottle embossed with "BURNETT'S STANDARD FLAVORING EXTRACT" A bunch of new coins and 5 wheat cents.

I also hit another drop-off that I have done very well at in the past but this time not a lot but a couple of keepers. a woman's 10K ring with a pearl, and a Good for 5

I am allowed to detect cause I put their floating dock in the water for them. It has been a picnic spot for all the car manufactures picnics since 1904. That is why the Chevrolet and Ford memorobillia. The Chevrolet tokens are from the You got the dime campaign in 1933 from what I can find on the net.

I found this lamp in a lake close to it also. I thought it was off a ship. BUT a friend thinks it came off an old model T Ford. The company that made it went out of business in 1913.
