Had another great MXT day on Saturday. The temps here were in the 40 degree mark.
Had the sports field all to myself.
The baseball diamonds have tis red dirt thats heavy with mineralization. Setting the
discriminaton back doesn't help that much. Really a pain having to raise the coil all the
time to clear the VDI. Looks like I'll have to buy one of those DD coils,
Got another ring but I don't know if there's really any gold in it.
Looks like a cheapo junk kiddy ring with a glass stone in the center!
Today, Sunday, we had some light snow mixed with drizzel. WHile everyone was watching the Colts play
talegateing at the stadium, I froze my $#@%$# off. But I left the MXT at home and used my ACe. I winterized it
useing a hand warmer pack in the battery compartment. Worked great.
