Another hunt ...

Made it out for another hunt today.
(11) = quarters
(17)=dimes
(9) = nickels
(90) pennies
3 wheaties, 1946,1951D,1953D
1 KEY.
DUG A REAL LOAD OF CARP AND STILL NO GOLD.
I got a lot of bottle caps, pull tabs and assorted trash.

My old coin is this....
1 mercury dime.
1 v nickle. Not readable.
2 buffalo nickles Not readable
1 indian head penny not readable.
I think the soil has something to do with the coin condition and the depth I get. So far I have hit 5-6 inches with the 5" coil but nothing old seems to survive except being worn flat.

Nice job; however, for all the coins you are digging, I know there are some oldies there, too. They might hit more "subtle," as they may be deeper; still, if you are hitting 5-6" coins with the 5" coil, you will find more of the older coins in the future, I'm certain...
