another hunt with the 5X10

Again the 5x10 seems to be deep and hits well on targets..maybe my best coil. Aagin I will go back in the fall and winter and try the 11" coil and use a lower disc maybe 0-5. Some nice finds an old lock with the key going in on the bottom of the lock and another broken gun...

Nice finds. Were the lock and gun iron? Did they false and give an occasional high tone or were you intentionally digging iron?

They gave a grunt and high tone on the lock and the gun all were good old iron
