Hello everyone i told myself i would not be able too get out this weekend becouse being on call for my job. So you know how it goes i got bored waiting for Emergency calls. So i took my Garrett AT-PRO and my small spade with my little one Elizabeth (17 monthes) out in the back yard too give my wife a break. As i began searching i got the ussual junk such as aluminum flashing -foil ect and all of a sudden i got a good signal high 80's too low 90's and repeatable with depth scale maxed at 12 inches on my Garrett AT-PRO so i just had too dig and dig at about 24 inches i pulled the first 6 inch tootsie car (packard) then another and then so on until i got no more repeatable signals and nothing but iron left im still in shock never in my life time did i ever expect this. This is stuff that makes us what we are and that is true metal detectorists and we are here too save history :clapping: Hope you enjoy the pics as much as i enjoyed digging them .your friend SASQUACHE

You don't want to know how many times I've gone back yarding........I told the filly that we had potential to find silver in the yard due to the date the house was built........20 hunts later out pops a 1954 Rosie, most of the wheats I've found have also been mined out of the back yard!

Nice surprise finds:thumbup:........now go find that silver coin that still lurks, "back" there in your own yard.

That is some really great finds...

Great finds and in great condition.

What may have happened was what I did when I was little. I would take our hose and turn on the water. If you push the head of the hose down into the ground, the water pressure would dig a tunnel deep, deep, deep. Then when you pull the house out, it is a perfect sized hole to fill full of stuff you really shouldn't fill it with including toy cars. Those are great! I really need to get out into my yard and see what I have. Our house was built in 1918, but there are so many pieces of junk. No rush though.
