Another good silver day

I hit a local park today with Bluewhisper this morning. The day started out slow with only a couple of wheats and one silver. Bluewhisper had to go early but I decided to stay and keep hunting. I'm glad I did as it turned out to be a good day. In addition to 15 wheats, I managed to take home 6 silvers....

Hey there txbluesman, ya did good today. Congrats on finding those wheaties and silver.

I have to say one thing though. That E-Trac does go way deep. txbluesman called me over to where he was and asked me to wave my coil over the spot he was just on.......sure enough, not a single peep out of my Bounty Hunter LandStar. txbluesman had pin-pointed a wheat down at about 6 inches.

My new E-Trac ought to be here on Tuesday. I know there is a big learning curve but I am here to tell you it won't be that long before I can hopefully find what txbluesman has been finding.

Of course I doubt that I'll ever be able to top the "Captain Midnight" token he found in the same park. That was just plain nice finding a piece of history like that.

Y'all have a great night and keep the yer coil to the soil and the Sun to your back with just a breeze in yer face.

Think I would disagree on the big learning curve on the ET. I think you'll be happy for quite awhile with the factory coin setting. After a few times out with that then try tweaking to the settings often mentioned here. I did much better with the ET the first time out than I did after 60 hours on the SE. It seems more like any other new quality machine when you first get it. It works right off the bat, but you'll tweak it and be finding more in a few times out. Leave some loot for the non ET users.
