Another good hunt

Hello All,
I decided to go out for a couple of hours on Father's Day to hunt. I found another Mercury dime along with about 2 dollars in clad.
Today, I went out for about 3 hours, it was kinda hot, sweating and not finding a thing, well couple clad dimes and a penny. I was feeling a bit low and thinking I could be in the air condition watching tv. My Etrac was acting up, it was making more noise than I could stand. I decided to try one more place, got permission to hunt. I did a master reset on the Etrac and started having only about an hour before supper. I hunted about 5 minutes before I got a dime signal, a shiny 64 Rosie, I am now excited, about 5 feet later another signal, it was a 64 quarter with a 61 Rosie in the same hole. I was pumped. I go home and show the wife these finds, she says " that's nice" and goes about her business. Anyway I'm happy..............

Wait until you show her a gold ring with a big diamond in the middle. I think you'll get a different answer. I think it's a standard answer from the wives that do not detect themselves. I know it's the exact response that I get from my wife as well. Congrats on the finds.

Congrats on the great finds! I guess am lucky as me and Marsha hunt together alot so she gets excited to see what I find.

Congrats on the silver. I'll take 3 silvers in one day any day. My wife isn't much impressed by the coins I find either, but she did find the old metal compact I found interesting particularly since it was still full of powder. Personally, I was hoping it was full of silver dollars. LOL. Unfortunately, no such luck.

I don't blame you for being excited. Three silvers in one day is a great day !! My wife doesn't get overly excited about my finds either but she is very understanding about my hobby so I don't complain.
