Man you are killin' it with that CZ-7! I use to have a CZ-7a and it was the best CZ I ever had in iron trash. I don't know if it was the luck of the draw or something to that model CZ? I know some say a CZ is a CZ,But it seemed to me the digitals I had were better in trash and the analog's got a little more depth. JMHO.

Thanks Guys

Harold I think your right about the difference in digitals and analogs.
My 7 seems to run a little smoother with less iron falsing than my cz-5.
As far as depth goes, I'm digging 7 to 8" coins with the cz-7 and 5" coil
I think the earlier CZ's gain was set a little higher than the digitals, but all CZ's are deep for sure.
My cz-5 seems to be a little more consistant on correct ID's at depth but the 7 is easier to swing for hours so I just adjust.

It helps to have confidence in what ever detector your using and CZ's do it for me.

I second Les. That is a GREAT day in my book too. WTG!! CZ's were way ahead of their time..... and can still compete with the more bells and whistles newer detectors IMHO. Keep it going. HH. Bob.

Thanks Guys

I tell you, I have bought, traded and sold alot of detectors in my time in the hobby.
But Fisher CZ has always been my rock.
