another good day around petersburg

GRAY GHOST

hello all. pete and i had a real good day just south of petersburg today. we dug 60 dropped sharps between us. a few are chewed up, and a couple of pistol bullets are there too. not a single three ringer in sight! pete dug a real nice belt adjuster and a u.s. bit boss, and an old tombac button. i found a couple of tent grommets and perc caps too, and piece of a sash buckle. the lead pig in 2nd pic above center was a cool find too. thanks for looking, and hh!

What kind of detector were you guys using?

hey clev, pete was using an older minelab musketeer, and i was using my tesoro cibola. i left my tejon at the house, didn't want to fool with changing out the batteries. most of the targets were shallow, almost all within 6" in sugarsand. thanks, and hh!
