Another Gold Ring with the M6!

Heh all,

The wife and I went to an old park in town today. We didin't find any old coins, but....I got a signal of 14-22 on my whites M6...thought maybe a nickel again...and about two inches down... out popped another 14 k gold ring! That is two gold rings-one last weekend and one this weekend! I'm in shock!

The wife found a really old Burberrys perfume-all metal. I looked it up but couldn't find anything that looked nearly as old as this. Most were made with glass going back to the 1930-40's. I saqw one with metal from the 20's but it didn't even look as old as ours. The company goes back to the 1850's and the area we were in actually goes back about that far. This was an old park in an area where the first settlers arrived in the 1850's. I'll post pictures soon.

May I ask what setting are you useing I just bought an M6 used it one time and I think it is awsome I hunted a spot we have hunted 3 times before and found 2 wheat pennys and 90 cents in other coins along with soom other things . By the way you are doing a great job. you have soom awsoom finds.Keep digging

I keep it at the factory recommended settings for the most part-nickel range-discriminate iron only, and set to about 90 with track on.

the m-6 is a great machine as long as the 4 punds dont bother you

My M6 is very load any one else feel this way ? the only thing I can think of is volume controlled head phones.you can hear it hit a block away.
