My buddy and I have hunted on the demo'ed housing site the last two mornings. Yesterday Chris scored 2 silver coins and I pretty much just followed my detector around.

I will state, we are fortunate to have this spot to hunt. We are and have been for a while in near drought conditions down through this part of the country and our old park hunting had to be put on the back burner, so to speak, for not wanting to leave brown spots around. This spot is not well maintained and digging in most area's isn't bad and a brown spot here and there isn't a problem as the spot doesn't get used for anything other then an after dark party once in a while.

Although Chris did get a silver dime this morning, it was my turn to have the hotter hand. The A T Pro was just purring along and I ended the day with the 2 Rosies, 3 wheat cents and 2 silver rings. 1 marked 925 and the other sterling.

It's fun hunting with a buddy! Adds a little competition to the hunt and a little humor at the end as to who got the better find! In the end, it's all about friends, fun, exercise, maybe getting some keepers and a good nights sleep.
