Larry and I was out the door shortly after we got out of bed. This is crazy, but I found one of my high, top on the list detecting "goals" at the rental property here in Eureka. My goal was finding a Shield Nickel and I did it today! An 1876. Then came across the 1935-D Buffalo, two dirty Mercs 1917-S & 1939, an Illinois tax token, wheat cents and clad. The Chinese coin is from Emperer Jen Tsung 1796-1820 and was seven inches deep. That was quite a chore getting the Dynasty/Emperer of that coin. The rusted ugly circle thing by the Wheats and below the Chinese coin is what we think a steel cent. Found some interesting things......junk, but still interesting. There wasn't much junk to dig, but I dug any repeatable target. I was using my stock coil. What a great day for detecting. Nice breeze blowing and low humidity in the lower 80's. Guess it's to be much hotter as the week goes on. Larry dug some totally great finds also. He posted his on the DFX Forum. Thanks for looking and PLEASE post your finds. We don't care if it's all pulltabs! We love it all! HH to all, Nancy
