I got out for a bit this evening and went back to the wooded area between the old mill and the underground railroad village, and once again found no coins, but I did manage to dig yet another plain front button. It reads "EXTRA RICH GILT * ORANGE COLOUR" There is also wording on the inner circle, but it is unreadable. Most likely 1820-1840 by the design. It is the sixth button I have found at the site, yet the oldest coin was a 1941 quarter. I think my Garrett CXIII rejects coins and only finds buttons. The picture of the button doesn't do it justice.
