Another class ring going home

Well that 24.5 gram monster of a ring is going back to its owner. I called Josten's Monday and they gave me Corey's number. I called that number and it was disconnected. I tried to do a zabbasearch on the last name but there were way too many in that area. After calling 4 I gave up on that idea. So I called Josten's back and asked for the address which they gave me. I was going to do a snail mail letter but I decided to try reversephonedirectory.com and put in the address. It came up with a totally different name at the address. So I thought the Thomas's moved. I decided to call the new people and see if they had any information on the Thomas's. It just so happened that the people that live in the house are actually his mother and his step-father. They gave me Corey's cell number and he was VERY suprised. He said he lost it playing frisbee and it cost over 800.00 when he got it. It has been lost for 3 years.

Anyway, it is going home within a few weeks. Vandercook lake has to give up some more of its treasures to me soon!!

AWESOME..... Feels go to, doesn't it?

Everyday can be like christmas when stuff like this happens! Great to know there are people like Mr. Scuba Detector around!

I bow humbly...

Way to go:beers: Some people just concentrate on the value of what they would lose if they return a ring like that. I say there is plenty out there to make up for it. What goes around, comes around. I truly believe you will get it back in some other fashion. Great job and thanks for making someone else's day. I bet he'll be talking about that ring and you for quite some time.

I truly admire your integrity. May you find 10 more for every ring you return. It's great to hear there are still truly good men and women out there that will do what is right, instead of thinking about how much money they can get. Great Job !!!!!!!!!!
