Found my third class ring this year.I was contacted by a young lady that lost 2 rings in the water.Went out there that evening around sunset, but got beat up by a fierce sea-breeze.Not knowing what the next day might be like I Emailed the our club president who then got hold of several club members to come out at 6:30 PM yesterday to help out.Our MD club is also a member of ring-finders,we have made over 250 recovery's.Great bunch of men and women who love MDing and helping out! http://www.srarc.com
The surf was much calmer and in 20 minutes I found the class ring...it was about 10 feet from the outside corner of the sand groin.Tough spot, lots of current, wave and erosion...we all tried that area for the other ring which was a small silver with no luck. Will keep looking when hunting at that beach . GL ALL.
