This is Avalanche Lake inside the park. It is about a two mile hike through the forrest and is well worth it.

pretty good shape walking around there.in the picture you can see how the tree's grow thicker close to that lake,and as you move away things get more barren.

I love seeing photos like this of areas that I have never had the opportunity to visit...just beautiful county. Wonder if any bears live in the area? Thanks for posting the photo, I loved it! Please have a great day! Kelley (Texas) :)
