Another 550 day...Fun Day

Tried a new spot today ....an old gravel road near a field.Most of the coins were in the gravel.Found a 1940 silver dime and a junk ring. Also found a silver.... ??? Not sure what it is.... anyone have any ideas? My thumb sits in the smooth pad. There is writing on the back but is to worn out to read. Strange picture no idea what it is.I was rubbing it waiting for a genie to appear. Golf ball will come in use as well as the screw driver.

I showed the thingy to a few folk's and my daughter figured out the picture of the head. If you look at the photo I posted and rotate it counterclockwise 90 degrees it has a face of an elf ?tooth fairy ? Peter Pan ?
Dang ! I bet theres some gold there I'll have to go back to that spot. Still not sure what its for.
