From the land of the Bluenose.....after putting an ad on Kijiji I was contacted by Yvette from the Bedford Sackville Newspaper and today she came and interviewed me about the hobby for an upcoming edition. Will post it when it's in the paper! Nice lady and very easy to talk to and before we knew it an hour and a half had elpased! May have another convert for the hobby.

I don't want to hear you complain about too many people MD'ing and no place to go. Just imagine a bunch of Leslies out there MD'ing. All the good stuff will be gone. All their Auto's will have all the parking places taken. You will know who to blame. It will be your fault.

I did a new paper interview two years ago and it didn't change a thing around here. I still haven't seen anyone MD'ing in this town.

It's OK, a lot of newbies buy a piece of junk, get discouraged and give it up. People ask me what kind of detector to buy I tell them a $100 Radio Shack is the ticket
