The lighter colored falcons are gyr X saker hybrids. The darker falcon is a peregrine and the very dark colored bird is a harris' hawk. The last shot of the falcon looking skyward is the best.

The second photo is a hooded Gyr X saker. The hood keeps the birds calm and quiet like blinders on a horse. They're not excited or afraid of things they can't see.
