I just wanted to take a moment to publicly thank Andy Sabisch for sending me one of his new books. I called him on Friday morning and gave him my address. Here it is Monday morning and the post office just delivered it to me. He even signed it!!! Wow that is customer service at it's finest! Also in the process of talking to him we lost connection because of poor cell service, even though he had all the information to send the book to me, he called me back to make sure everything was OK. He also told me to call him if I had any problems with my new E Trac....Andy, YOU ARE AWESOME...THANK YOU SOOOOOOOOOO MUCH...You have a giant hug headed your way.
