had replied to a post concerning a web site to upload/share patterns and settings. His response, which was very logical, was because of the many variations of hunting sites, targets being acquired, would indeed make it a difficult undertaking, and in fact one such site had been created and abandoned due to lack of use.
Thus far the machines Ive used are pretty straight forward. Turn on, adjust ground balance, signal, all metal or disc then go hunt.
Lot more options on the ETrac. And each time I read the manual, seems the audio (lot of options on audio) is pretty important, tho patterns are also.
If you have time, and would care to share with me and others what makes you choose the set ups you use. Whats important. Why do some use fast on, deep off in a nasty spot, why do some use fast on and deep on in the same sort of situation. Thats what I want to learn, options to use in a given situation, site, environment.
Not just asking Andy this question, anyone that has been using the ETrac for any amount of time.
Thanks,
John
