After upgrading my laptop to windows 10, it does not even pick up my ctx when I plug it in.
Can anyone help? :look:
 
Can your laptop computer recognize a USB thumb drive from the same USB port that you've tried to plug the CTX3030 into?
Maybe the drivers that run the USB ports for your laptop, need updating.
Really can't think of anything else other than a dodgy cable.
Can you try another windows 10 computer and see if the CTX3030 gets recognized on it as a device at least?

Not being cute, but is the ctx turned on? After not using the program for a while when I went back to it I forgot the ctx had to be on for communication...thought something was wrong for a couple of minutes...
 
I just totally uninstalled the program. Maybe it didn't like the upgrade, but worked fine after installing it again.
