Ok posting one picture for now! LOL you can see the pile of goodies. On the nut in the middle is a 14.19 gram 14K signet ring. 416.00 worth of gold right there!! Whoever FNR was thank you very much. 1898 Barber quarter, standing liberty quarter, merc, silver bracelet and religious medal were my silver finds. Will post more pictures and tell more about the hunt after I get done playing pool!!

Went to the same lake I have been playing in for a while now. I wasn't finding much at all in the 3 - 5 foot deep water so I decided to hit the 6 - 15' drop off. The standing liberty quarter was my first good find. I was getting tons of pull-tabs and sinkers and a few old lures and decided to stay out and play. The barber quarter was a surprise. I knew I had a silver quarter but didn't know what kind till I got out. The old small metal hand pump was also a pleasant find. Out that deep you really don't expect to find a ring but I have on occasion and this was a VERY pleasant find. Of course I thought I had another pull tab or sinker but when I saw this thing boy was I happy!! I was thinking it was 18K because no corrosion on it and it was super heavy. Got home to find it was only 14K but still a heavy ring.

The token with the mans picture on it says It's easier to pay the Rosenblum Way 321 Euclid Avenue. On the reverse it has a horseshoe and it says Clothers to the Family Lucky Piece. And that is all I know about it.

I did find a milk bottle also. LOL forgot it was in my BC. Glad I didn't break it when I put my gear in the truck. It says Wilson's Mello-D Milk One Pint Detroit.

On a sour note my machine started acting up on the second dive. I put fresh batteries in it and I guess it didn't seal. There is water in the battery compartment BUT there is also a crack in the housing inside the battery compartment. It has to go back to Fisher. I am out from detecting for a while. Ohh well, get to work on my boats I guess. Tis life in the big city!! Will call Felix tomorrow and see what I can do.

That is some good hunting! We're you using tanks or hookah system while diving, and how long we're you down there?

I have 10 tanks to play with. So I use them.

Thanks for all the replies. Detetector is going to First Texas today. Sniff sniff sniff. Was told a week to 10 working days. That I can live with. Sending in 45 grams of 10K , 28 grams of 14K and 2 grams of 18K today also. Looks to be around 1820.00 give or take a few. 11 rings so far this year and not doing too bad.
