Analog CZ needle?

HaroldILL.

Active member
I have had CZ's off and on for 10 year's. I was considering buying another analog CZ 3D or 5. Anyway's I have had some where the needle did not hit dead center of the icon and catogory. Have any of you notice this with your's? I forget, But does the needle in the last high coin's catogory hit dead center of the top dollar coin icon or the lower coin icon? I was looking at one now and it seem's to be hitting on the lower coin dead center,But in the catogory is this correct? I just want to make sure it is correct since it is used and therefore with out warranty. Thank's for any and all response's.

Hi Harold

On my CZ5, a copper penny, clad dime, silver dime, Quarter etc. hits in the high coin far right segment of the meter. The needle is in the center of the lower cent icon and just left of the $ sign on the dollar icon. Hope this helps.
