an unusual tin scottie dog

hello all. here is an unusual sheet tin made scottie dog that i found at an old house site not long ago. i found it near a couple of old iron toy wheels, a couple of wheat cents, and some old plated spoons, obviously a kid's play area. scottie is 1.5" long and about 1" tall. it's too big to be the monopoly game piece, and there are no markings on it. was it part of an old playset? has anyone seen this particular piece before? thanks for looking and your help.hh!

That is a very nice toy Ghost , I have not seen one of that size .
As a child I had 2 made from plastic, one white , one black , they had
a magnet and metal in their snouts . They would kiss
