An unexpected load of bull

CaballoDeOro

New member
Finds from yesterday's hunt in a local park. $2.92 in clad and a bull ornament thing. It's a really weird thing to find in a city park. Dug it from nearly 8 inches deep, under a tree right next to the edge of the parking lot asphalt after hitting a solid VDI of 90. I was hoping for silver but it doesn't look like it's silver. It's quite light. No markings anywhere. I scratched the back a little when retrieving it.

Anyone got any ideas, or is it just junk?

Nice work there, CaballoDee, I dont know what that came off of...its cool though...:clapping:

That is a good looking find you got there. There looks to be a hole in the center, just below the backbone. I've found a cow windchime, the string long rotted, looking similar to what you found. You could have a part of a windchime. Aluminum that size at that depth could possibly give you that VDI number. Polished aluminum shines up real pretty, if a person is so inclined to do so. Happy hunting.
