An old wrench - any thoughts on how old?

Dug

New member
I live in the country which was farmland in the past. Today while detecting in the yard and set for all metal, I found the wrench in the photo. Does anybody know the history of wrenches, what era for this one?

Wow I have some 40 pipewrenches and I would say it's before that..........

That information is greatly appreciated. That would seem to fit with the history of this place.

Thanks again.

Doug

I believe it is around the 20' era...maybe the teens.
