An Odd Find

Recently I found a pair of tweezers while metal detecting at the beach. I found it odd that someone would take tweezers to the beach with them. I just dropped them in my finds bag and brought them home. When I showed them to my wife she said those are the nicest tweezers that I have ever seen. She thought that they might be expensive.

Yesterday she found them listed in a Catalog for $44.00. Ouch that is expensive for a pair of tweezers. Manufactured in Switzerland by Rubis.

One never knows what Odd item may appear from under the coil.

The tweezers are firmly in my Wife's possession and she plans on keeping them.

Actually, I may be wrong but I think there are a lot of women that carry tweezers in their make up bags along with many other gadgets to make them look good to the opposite sex!! Maybe to pull errant grey hairs from who knows where? LOL!!
Yes, the beach can be an amazing place to find some amazing items! Ive found spark plugs and a million other odd items over the years on different beaches. Here is a cut-throat razor I detected some time ago from a beach. It's just a small little find and not work anything but who would have thought of finding that thing on the beach!

Nice and strange find! :clapping: 44 bucks for a pair of tweezers! Sounds like you hunting the high rent district! Good chance for some big expensive jewelry worn by a person swinging 44 dollar tweezers!
